You can search everywhere, hassle-free!

ⓘ In every grid list (with one or more columns, in oppose to a drop-down list) you may press Ctrl+F (or click on the header of any of the columns and choose "Show Find Panel") to get a little search box (similarly to what you're already used to with the Individual, Programs and Employees Lists), where you can freely type a search term to filter lines within that list.

Tasks Information Restructuring

Please Note that we restructures the entire set of methods on how we query and deliver the lists and information regarding the Folders, Tasks, Task Groups, Task Templates and Packets. We worked hard to eliminate all bugs that usually derives from such a major change, but we might have missed some. If you encounter any bugs (i.e. missing columns, wrong information, missing rows, incorrect actions, error messages, etc.), please open a ticket.

Updates

Tasks and Explorer

Core

  • Focus on Folder drop-down list within its Settings tab, if user forgot to select one
  • Show message if Individual has no Folders for Program, and user wants to search for Folders
  • New "Execute Trigger" button to act as if completed (this will fire all triggered Tasks without actually marking current Task as completed)
  • Fixed error when Task priority is below 1

Individual Explorer

  • Allow more space for first column with Client Explorer, to prevent overlapping text
  • Clearer error messages and tips when actions (i.. clicking the Edit button) cannot be executed
  • Fixed bug where Individual Explorer crashes when no node is selected

Templates

  • Assign Template Task to positions, that remains unattached to specific user, even after import
  • Assign Template Task directly to specific users
  • Allow more space for first column with Template Explorer, to prevent overlapping text
  • Individual Task Template tab is now called Template Explorer
  • New: Copy Folder button, allows you to copy Template Packet from one Program to another

Individual Plans

Program List

  • New Rate Bracket!
    • Enter, edit and delete an unlimited amount of Rate Brackets for each Program in the Program List
    • Set various fields for each Rate Bracket
    • Enter Timesheets with updated interface:
      • Allows to document amount of Individuals present at session
      • System will automatically determine which Rate Bracket fits best for the criteria of hours spent and Individuals participated
      • Allows to manually override the Rate Bracket
    • Export FEZ with all codes based on the automatically or manually selected Rate Bracket
    • Save position after creating Rate Bracket
  • Allowing to edit the Overtime Restricted field
  • Fixed error message when cancelling the creation of new Program

Timesheets

Data Entry

  • Fixing bug where Individual and Provider got removed during edit of existing Timesheets
    Road ahead: Please note that many Timesheets got lost in the void with no Individual and/or Provider. Please reach out to the IT department to help you resolve these discrepancies.

Massive Revision 767 brings long awaited features to many areas

Individual List
  • You can now filter the Individual List by Designated Caseworker
  • Exposing the [secret] Tasks tab in Individual List, now gets logged in the application history
Main
  • Dialog boxes with "Save and Continue" buttons now have a Control+Shift+S keyboard shortcut that will save your changes and allow you to immediately continue your workflow
  • New Alert and NotifyIcon features coming soon

    • Bold headers and underline cells, with My Tasks columns that have special double-click actions

Better Task Management and more new and improved features with Revision 766

My Tasks & Explorer
  • New Save And Continue button on the Add/Edit Tasks dialog box
  • New "Merge" feature, allows you to combine the data and attachments of two Tasks into one, to help you keep your Explorer tidy
    • You can take an existing Task and decide to merge it "into" another Task
      By merging "into," the one selected will cease to exist, and its information and attachments will be inserted to another Task of your choice, in the file and position of the new destination
    • The system will show you a list of potential destination Tasks to choose from
    • The system will then show you a full picture of what the outcome will look like, giving you another chance to approve or retract
    • Once approve by you, the system will get to work in a instant
  • Lookup a Folder or Task, now with a search feature built.in
  • Improved refreshing functionality for Add/Edit Folders in Individual Explorer, to maintain up-to-date records
  • Fixed bug where Edit Task dialog had no icons for Save and Cancel buttons
Timesheets
  • Fix bug so that providers can work with multiple clients simultaneously (within the same Program)
Custom SQL Commands
  • Custom SQL now has animation while loading, to let you know the app is hard at work for you
Security
  • Allow minimizing Lock Screen, so that you focus on what matters to you
System
  • New "Save And Continue" button on some dialog boxes, will help you streamline your work
    • When editing some dialog boxes, you will be able to click on save periodically and save your work without loosing the dialog screen
    • Will not work on any new records, as they have to be entered, saved and closed
