Updates

Preface

The focus of this update is user experience!

Our team optimized numerous areas and removed unnecessary steps to improve the user's experience. The heart of the mission lies with the Individual List, and most notably the Individual Explorer and the Task Edit dialog. But we didn't forget of the all important Timesheet List and Timesheet Edit dialog, spending a lot of time improving the workflow and removing bottlenecks.

Individual List

Individual List

  • Speed Optimization!
    • Has the Individual List become too slow? I know! Now, we'll be loading the content of one tab at a time, to drastically reduce the time it takes to navigate from one Individual record to another.
    • We also took the liberty to change default tab to be Correspondences, to help reduce the load. You're current selected tab will still persist when moving from one Individual record to another.
    • Fixed bug where many Explorer objects didn't open due to the delayed loading
  • Added new hidden columns to Client List
    (see Columns Layout)
    • Expose the TABS ID column to find an Individuals by their TABS ID
    • Expose the Phone Number column to find an Individuals by their Phone Number

Individual Enrollment

  • Did you notice the "Hours Approved" column for the Authorization table in the Enrollment dialog? What does it do? It's a read-only (cannot be manually edited) field that calculated the units entered in the neighboring Units Approved, divided by the 52 weeks of the year. Being that it's not too helpful for none-OPWDD Enrollments, this column will now be hidden for non-OPWDD Enrollments.

Tasks and Explorer

Core

  • Increased speed of opening the Task Edit dialog with around 30 percent
  • Removed extra space in the Group Members tab for the Edit Task dialog
  • Fixed bug where Attachment data were missing for Task Group members
  • Fixed sort order for Task Group members

Individual Explorer

  • Fixed bug where Individual Explorer didn't reflect current Program
  • Fixed bug during importing template using wrong Program ID when the root Program node was selected
  • Prevent importing Master System Folders without it's master, as it will not recognize that it's been imported, and will continuously ask to be imported again

Template Explorer

  • Only add Parent Folder to the Edit Folder dialog if Root was not selected and folders exist. This is to prevent the automatic setting of a Parent Folder without the user's intent or knowledge.
  • Remove deleted folders from the destination list for the Copy Template Packet function
  • Fixed bug where the Copy Template Packet function was showing errors
  • Fixed bug where the Copy Template Packet function missed certain Triggers
  • Fixed bug where the Copy Template Packet function missed certain Groups

Individual Plans

Life Plan / Plan of Care

  • Life Plan 2.0
    • New design
    • Authorized Services table
    • History tab

Staff Action Plan / Service Plan

  • Renamed SAP's Effective Date to Plan Date
  • New "Supporting Function" tab for Children's Waiver Service Plans
  • Removed bug where Review data was copied with Cloned Plan, even when marked as new Plan

Reports

  • New reusable function (SQL View) for compliance reports with Individual Plans

Program List

Program List

  • Added "x" button for Templates Shared From DDL in Service Edit, to allow removing sharing without having to select another item from the list

Rate Brackets

  • Rate Brackets is now tabbed with a History tab

Timesheets

Timesheet List

  • Add double-clicking to Timesheet List for editing
  • Added Ctrl+E keyboard shortcut to Timesheet List for editing
  • Add Rate Bracket Label as field to the Details Pane of Timesheet List
  • Added Rate Bracket ID as hidden columns to Timesheet Details grid
  • Added Rate Bracket Label as hidden columns to Timesheet Details grid

Edit Timesheet Dialog

  • Removed recently-added fields for Service ID, Individual ID and Provider ID, as it will all be replaced by the Timesheet barcodes
  • Add provider's phone number as a tool-tip to the field in Timesheet. Put your mouse over the provider section to get their phone numbers.
  • New design for Timesheet Entry:
    • Added History tab to Timesheet Entry
    • Organized corner into tabbed group
    • Added splitter in Timesheet Entry for a more flexible design
  • Prevent entering lines before selecting an Individual and a Program
  • Allow modifying Program with existing Timsheet
  • Better handling of null Service ID
  • Handling missing start or end times
  • Fixed bug where preview and delete icon buttons were hidden
  • Fixed overtime bug

Covid-19 Overtime Exemption

  • Covid-19 exemption ends 6/7/2020
  • Update messages for Violation that were exempted for Covid-19. Initially it removed the Violations, but now it will display them with a notice of the exemption and it will allow all users to save record.
  • Fixed discrepancy on Covid Timesheet exemption

Batches and Processing

  • Fixed bug with inactive Individual-Program ignorance

Miscellaneous

Attachments

  • Attach document from scanner. Use your local or network scanner to upload documents directly to the app.

Testing and Making

Our development team is putting together a team of test users, who will be allowed to test new features before it's released to the broader user-base and will be asked their opinions regarding the planning of features. Updates

Individual Enrollment

  • Users cannot activate Individual Enrollment if Individual's record is missing the FundEZ code, if dictated so in the Program settings (see Requires FEZ Code field under Program List)

Tasks and Explorer

Core

  • Ask for Declining reason, only if required (this is set on a Program level)
  • Fixed bug of missing attachment data for Task Templates

Individual Explorer

  • Show content of Folder, even if it's mapped for special use
  • Fixed bug where the Import Template Packet wasn't always connecting to the right Program

Template Explorer

  • You can now remove all mapped folders, without selecting new folder. See the "Program List" section for more details

Individual Plans

  • Adding a new Plan, is now a drop-down list, with options to add a Staff Action Plan (Service Plan) or a Life Plan (POC)
  • New option to add new a Life Plan (POC) directly from within the Staff Action Plan (Service Plan) dialog

Program List

  • New "Requires FEZ Code" checkbox (see more at Individual Enrollment)
  • New "X" button allows you to remove mapped folders, to leave it blank

Did you know?

You can search everywhere, hassle-free!

ⓘ In every grid list (with one or more columns, in oppose to a drop-down list) you may press Ctrl+F (or click on the header of any of the columns and choose "Show Find Panel") to get a little search box (similarly to what you're already used to with the Individual, Programs and Employees Lists), where you can freely type a search term to filter lines within that list.

Tasks Information Restructuring

Please Note that we restructures the entire set of methods on how we query and deliver the lists and information regarding the Folders, Tasks, Task Groups, Task Templates and Packets. We worked hard to eliminate all bugs that usually derives from such a major change, but we might have missed some. If you encounter any bugs (i.e. missing columns, wrong information, missing rows, incorrect actions, error messages, etc.), please open a ticket.

Updates

Tasks and Explorer

Core

  • Focus on Folder drop-down list within its Settings tab, if user forgot to select one
  • Show message if Individual has no Folders for Program, and user wants to search for Folders
  • New "Execute Trigger" button to act as if completed (this will fire all triggered Tasks without actually marking current Task as completed)
  • Fixed error when Task priority is below 1

Individual Explorer

  • Allow more space for first column with Client Explorer, to prevent overlapping text
  • Clearer error messages and tips when actions (i.. clicking the Edit button) cannot be executed
  • Fixed bug where Individual Explorer crashes when no node is selected

Templates

  • Assign Template Task to positions, that remains unattached to specific user, even after import
  • Assign Template Task directly to specific users
  • Allow more space for first column with Template Explorer, to prevent overlapping text

      • System will automatically determine which Rate Bracket fits best for the criteria of hours spent and Individuals participated
      • Allows to manually override the Rate Bracket

Massive Revision 767 brings long awaited features to many areas

Individual List
  • You can now filter the Individual List by Designated Caseworker
  • Exposing the [secret] Tasks tab in Individual List, now gets logged in the application history
Main
  • Dialog boxes with "Save and Continue" buttons now have a Control+Shift+S keyboard shortcut that will save your changes and allow you to immediately continue your workflow

Nice Upgrades and Fixes all over with Revision 762

Client Explorer and My Tasks
  • Automatically import Master System Template upon creating or editing Individual-Program enrollment
  • Departmental Tasks (Tasks connected to a Program but not assigned to a specific user) will now be assigned to entire Department, based om new "For Tasks setting within Users setting. (Up until now, it was based on Employee "Departments" records, but that caused issues with certain users)
Individual-Program Dialog Box
  • New Individual-Program fields:
    • "Brand" allows keeping track of the various operational brands (i.e. Hamaspik, Comfort Health)
