Clients
  • Clients must have a Date of Birth on file, as well as Social Security Number, Medicaid CIN or a TABS ID, to enable a match via the Connect Service to Client dialog
  • New clients are not immediately visible, until they are set up with same department as user, via the Connect Service to Client dialog (#HIPAA)
Client Plans
  • Total redesign and function expansion of Client Plans, fully supporting Staff Action Plan entry.
Client Services
  • Newly created Service is Active by default
  • Fixed glitch that hid Department Name in the Service List
  • New Tab now shows list of Enrolled Employees. much like the Enrolled Client until now. Double-clicking record, will navigate app to employee profile.
Timesheet
  • Show timesheets - even without attachments - in Review Documents, but with an alert of missing documents.
Training
  • Training Status now pulls requirements from all departments; not only primary.
