- Automatically import Master System Template upon creating or editing Individual-Program enrollment
- Departmental Tasks (Tasks connected to a Program but not assigned to a specific user) will now be assigned to entire Department, based om new "For Tasks setting within Users setting. (Up until now, it was based on Employee "Departments" records, but that caused issues with certain users)
