Nice Upgrades and Fixes all over with Revision 762

Client Explorer and My Tasks
  • Automatically import Master System Template upon creating or editing Individual-Program enrollment
  • Departmental Tasks (Tasks connected to a Program but not assigned to a specific user) will now be assigned to entire Department, based om new "For Tasks setting within Users setting. (Up until now, it was based on Employee "Departments" records, but that caused issues with certain users)
Individual-Program Dialog Box
  • New Individual-Program fields:
    • "Brand" allows keeping track of the various operational brands (i.e. Hamaspik, Comfort Health)
    • "Oversight Agency" registers which agency (i.e. OPWDD, NYS DOH) is overseeing agency for the Program
  • Prevent enrolling Individual twice with same Program
  • Automatically import Master System Template upon creating or editing Individual-Program enrollment
  • Restrict saving Client-Program dialog, if no Caseworker is set
Program List
  • New Program List fields:
    • "Default Brand" will help streamline
    • Default Oversight Agency
Life Plans, Staff Action Plans and Service Plans
  • Attachments for SAP
  • More SAP hidden columns
  • SAP lock feature
  • Custom fields and terminologies for DOH Service Plans
  • Allow accessing Life Plan from SAP
  • Fixed bug with Life Plan Edit dialog, when opened via the SAP dialog, as it was selecting wrong LP record
Security
  • Redesign for the User Edit dialog box
  • New "For Restrict" and "For Tasks" fields within the Departments list
