Updates

Individual Enrollment

  • Users cannot activate Individual Enrollment if Individual's record is missing the FundEZ code, if dictated so in the Program settings (see Requires FEZ Code field under Program List)

Tasks and Explorer

Core

  • Ask for Declining reason, only if required (this is set on a Program level)
  • Fixed bug of missing attachment data for Task Templates

Individual Explorer

  • Show content of Folder, even if it's mapped for special use
  • Fixed bug where the Import Template Packet wasn't always connecting to the right Program

Template Explorer

  • You can now remove all mapped folders, without selecting new folder. See the "Program List" section for more details

Individual Plans

  • Adding a new Plan, is now a drop-down list, with options to add a Staff Action Plan (Service Plan) or a Life Plan (POC)
  • New option to add new a Life Plan (POC) directly from within the Staff Action Plan (Service Plan) dialog

Program List

  • New "Requires FEZ Code" checkbox (see more at Individual Enrollment)
  • New "X" button allows you to remove mapped folders, to leave it blank

Timesheets

  • Fixed several errors

Multi-Service Entry

  • Fixed bugs with dialog

Units Meter

  • Fixed bugs and enhanced visual
  • Moved to the bottom, ti remedy display issues
  • Overages now displayed in red

Covid-19 Overtime Exemption

  • Remove non-OPWDD Programs from the overtime exemption throughout the coronavirus season

Training

  • Fixed bugs caused by text-lengths in training due-dates report
  • Percentage column in Training Status Report

MongoTEL integration
